1. How does the solar mole repeller work?
It uses solar power to emit variable frequency sonic waves (400-1000Hz) and vibrations into the soil. This creates a perceived danger zone for burrowing rodents like moles and voles, forcing them to relocate.
2. Is it safe for children and pets?
Yes, the device is 100% eco-friendly and non-chemical. It uses sound waves that are harmless to humans, dogs, cats, and other non-burrowing animals.
3. What is the effective coverage area?
Each unit covers approximately 650 square meters. For best results in heavily infested areas, we recommend installing two units every 30 meters.
4. Will it work during rainy or cloudy days?
The device is IPX4 waterproof and designed for outdoor use. A full solar charge allows the device to operate for up to 3 cloudy days. It also features a DC charging port for backup power during extended rain.
5. How do I install the device correctly?
Dig a hole in the affected area (do not hammer it into the ground to avoid damage). Place the device in the hole so that the soil covers about 2/3 of the aluminum tube height, ensuring a tight fit for maximum vibration transfer.
6. How is the product quality guaranteed?
We follow strict quality control protocols, including pre-production samples before mass production and a final 100% inspection before shipment to ensure all units meet performance standards.
